Shipping & Returns
All our orders are processed on the same day they are managed on our website, unless the order is registered on a holiday or weekend, in which case it will be processed the next business day. Once the order is verified, it will be processed, within the following 24 hours, then it will be sent to the delivery address.
Estimated Average Times: 7 - 10 business days.
All our shipments are insured and have a tracking number that will be provided to you when the carrier sends it to us. You can contact us at any time and we will inform you of the status of your order.
Refunds and Returns: Refunds will be accepted when a return is approved. SW They will be accepted if they are defective or damaged. The customer has the same time as for a return, that is, seven calendar days. The refund will be applied 7 days after accepting the return via credit card or PayPal.
